What's your usage policy?

You can read our full usage policy here but here are the basics:

Your membership gives you access to the Primerry Pro website, project plans and resources, marketing materials, and our video courses as long as you have an active subscription. As a member, you can use the lessons to teach art in your business. You can use the provided marketing materials and our photos for your website, social media, emails, and flyers. You have permission to alter and customize the marketing collateral with your brand and business identity.

If you cancel, you may continue to use lessons and materials that you may have downloaded from the website or developed when watching our courses. With cancellation you lose access to our video courses, website, and any further offerings.

Primerry Pro content may not be resold or used in 3rd party businesses, by professional development providers, content resellers, or if a company hires you to teach art classes. Examples of 3rd party businesses include Outschool, Skillshare and Teachers Pay Teachers. Primerry Pro may not be used in any franchised art studio.

Can I teach Primerry Pro art projects in my brick and mortar studio?

Can I teach Primerry Pro projects in my online membership site, e-course, and live Zoom classes?

Yes, membership site owners, e-course businesses, and online art class teachers using Zoom or a similar platform may use the Primerry Pro projects, resources/handouts, and marketing materials for their classes.

Can I use the Drawing Handouts and Reference Sheets provided in the project plans in my classes online and/or in person? If so, can I add my logo?

Members are allowed to use the Primerry Pro drawing handouts, reference sheets, and templates with their classes and in their downloadable content for their customer use. You may also use the handouts for your own educational purposes (such as learning how to teach the lesson). We ask that you do not alter these handouts in any way and ensure the Primerry Pro copyright is visible.

You may not share the project plan PDF with students or guardians. The project plans in each Art Kit are intended solely for the studio owner’s use and education.

Can I offer the Primerry Pro lessons for free during promotional events for my business?

No. Members may not offer classes using Primerry Pro projects or distribute Primerry Pro materials for free.
